William H. Barr

Mr. Barr founded Kodiak Corporation in 1984.  He began his career with over 15 years of experience with the Mass Highway Construction Groups.  After obtaining 5 years of project management experience with heavy civil contractor’s The Barletta Company & M. DeMatteo Construction, Bill established Kodiak for the specific purpose of completing bridge, roadway, and heavy civil construction projects.

Christian M. Barr

Christian’s construction experience began with several heavy civil companies in New England.  He has performed numerous positions with Kodiak, rising through the company beginning as a laborer, carpenter, operator, foreman, superintendant, and project manager.  Chris’ field and office experience enables him to provide practical, solution focused, realistic leadership to field superintendants and office managers.
